Property managers, realtors, landlords, restoration teams, and contractors can text job photos for manageable rental cleanouts, property cleanup, brush and fallen-limb pickup, non-hazardous debris cleanup, and light hauling.

Good to know

Quick answers.

How do I get a quote?

Text a few clear photos, your location, and a short description of what needs to go. Colton will reply with an estimate or let you know if a quick in-person look is needed.

What should I include in the photos?

Show the full pile or item, the path from the material to the driveway, and any stairs, gates, or tight access. Those details help make the estimate more accurate.

What tree work do you take on?

Small, ground-level removals and already-fallen trees that can be handled safely. No climbing, bucket work, utility-line work, hazardous removals, or standing trees that could threaten a house or other structure.

Where do you offer junk removal and cleanup?

Based around Cullowhee, Bear Creek serves Sylva, Dillsboro, Waynesville, Franklin, and nearby communities, generally within 30–40 miles. Share your town and access details so Colton can confirm the trip before scheduling.

How much does removal cost?

Estimates are free. The price depends on the amount and type of material, loading time, access, travel, and disposal needs. Send photos of the whole job and mention stairs, steep driveways, or heavy items. The scope and price are agreed before work begins.

What materials or jobs need a different specialist?

Bear Creek does not handle hazardous waste, suspected asbestos, chemicals, biohazards, mold remediation, demolition, or tree work near structures or utility lines. Mention appliances, unusually heavy materials, or unknown debris in your request so acceptance and disposal can be confirmed before booking.

Can I keep the firewood?

Yes. When practical, usable wood can stay with you. Cutting, cleanup, and hauling needs can be discussed with the quote.

Can you help with rental or contractor cleanup?

Yes. Bear Creek can help with manageable move-out junk, property cleanup, brush, already-fallen limbs, and light debris hauling. Text photos of the material and access so the job can be reviewed safely.
